By making purchases on our online store, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and privacy policy. We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and policies without prior notice, so please ensure that they are still acceptable to you before making repeat purchases. Products

Our products (concrete planters, decors and furniture) are handmade, and each product is unique. We adhere to strict technological processes that guarantee the shape and physical properties of the product. Natural concrete products, which are not painted, have unique, irregular colour tones. Therefore, the product photographs posted on the online store are for illustrative purposes only.

We reserve the right to change product descriptions, photographs, product range, and availability without prior notice.

Product Availability

If your selected product is not available, it can be made to order. The typical lead time for such order is 2 weeks.

Pricing Policy

All prices on the mooneliving.com online store are indicated in euros, including value-added tax (VAT). Delivery costs are not included in the price and are determined separately at the checkout. Prices on the mooneliving.com online store may change without prior notice.

Packaging and Delivery

Your order will be shipped within 2-5 days from the time of placing the order (if the selected products are in stock). Your order will be delivered on the next working day after dispatch by DPD courier (informing you of the precise 1-hour delivery interval) or to a DPD Pickup parcel terminal, if the size and weight of the selected products allow it.

We provide product delivery for mooneliving.com in the Baltic region. We use the services of "DPD Latvia" for both direct courier deliveries and deliveries to the DPD parcel terminal network.

One of Moone's core values is environmental responsibility and longevity. We will carefully package your purchased products using environmentally friendly and recyclable materials.

Returns

We only sell the highest quality product specimens. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, please contact us at info@mooneliving.com, referencing the order number - we will always try to find a common ground in the situation; however, you always have the right to withdraw in accordance with the law (Cabinet Regulation No. 255) within 14 days, returning the product in its original condition, without signs of use, with the original packaging. If we have not been able to agree on another solution, please fill out the return form attached to the purchase and send it together with the product to SIA "Moon Elements", Bebru 17a-1, Mārupe, Mārupe municipality, Latvia, LV-2167, indicating whether you want to exchange the product or receive a refund of the paid amount. The buyer covers the cost of returning the goods.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of the concrete products you have purchased, and we will only sell you beautiful and high-quality products. Concrete products (planters and decors) come with a 2-year warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

• mechanical damage caused by external forces;
• visual surface defects resulting from prolonged exposure to coloring substances (including water rich in metals and salts and mowed grass).
